How do I transfer a balance?
Register with our online banking service, log in to your account, then follow the 'balance transfer' link. It's all explained there, and all you need are the details of the card you want to transfer the balance to.

How do I make a payment?
Make sure you've got your credit card details to hand, log into Credit Card servicing and click 'Payments'.
How do I increase my credit limit?
It's a doddle online. Once you've logged in and seen your present credit limit, click on 'Increase limit'. Type in the the new credit limit you want and we'll ask you for a couple of details. Then you simply hit 'Submit' and you'll have an answer by the end of the next working day. Easy.
How do I add more users to my account?
Log into our online service and click on 'Maintain your Account'. Then click on 'Additional Cardholder' and fill in the details. We'll check it's all okay and if we agree you can add them to your account, they'll get their card in the post 7-10 days later. Sorted.
How do I register for online banking?
Go to 'My Accounts' and click on 'Service Virgin Credit Card'. Then click 'Enrol' on the next page, and follow the simple instructions. You'll have it done in a jiffy. Remember to have your credit card or statement handy for any security questions we may ask.
How do I change my PIN?
You can do this at lots of ATMs - just look for the MasterCard logo. Type in your old PIN number and press 'Pin Service'. Then you can choose a new PIN. It's that simple.
Remember to use something that's not easily guessed, or any obvious numbers or dates like your birthday.
How do I set up a direct debit?
Log into our online service, click 'Maintain your Account' then 'Direct Debit'. Next follow the simple instructions. Make sure you've got your bank details to hand, and remember a direct debit normally takes up to 15 days to set up. So make sure you sort it in plenty of time before you want it to start.
I've forgotten my online security details. What next?
Just click 'Service Virgin Credit Card' as normal, and instead of trying to log in, click 'Forgotten your login details?'. Simply answer a few security questions and we'll get you back into your account as soon as we can. Job done.
Where can I find out the balance on my account?
When you log into our online service, we'll show your balance on the welcome screen automatically. Or you can call our automated phone service on 0800 015 0306. Just make sure you have your card to hand when you ring.
How do I get payment protection on my account?
Call 0800 062 621 or visit our online service and click on 'Insurance' and then 'Payment Protection Insurance'. You'll have it sorted in no time.
Do I get charged extra for using my Virgin Credit Card cheques?
There's a 2.98% handling fee (min. £3) for all cheque payments. That's the same as it is for balance transfers.
